Whether you grind your own pork or turkey, or buy it that way, our sausage is as simple as can be.
Place 1 pound of ground meat is a bowl or a stand mixer.
Add 2 tablespoons of our sausage seasoning and mix to combine well. NOTE: If you are using turkey, you might want to add a tablespoon or two of fat to help with frying- we recommend olive oil or coconut oil.
You can make sausage patties or cook it as loose meat. (If you are ambitious, you can case it into links.)
Cook it immediately or freeze for later use. (If you wish to refrigerate it before cooking – keep it no longer than the original expiration date on the meat used.)
Our Sugar Free Breakfast Sausage Seasoning comes in 2 sizes – Large-2.7 ounces (enough to make 4 pounds of sausage) or small-1.35 ounces (enough to make 2 pounds of sausage).
