Cumin is essential for Tex-Mex and lots of chili recipes – our smoked cumin adds a great hickory flavor. It is one of our secret ingredients in a number dishes. Cumin has been around for centuries where it has been a feature in kitchens from Spain, to Egypt and the Middle East.
We slow smoke cumin in our own way so that it has a perfect blend of smoky along with the usual earthy, hearty character of cumin. We love it in chili or hummus and it is an ingredient in our Taco Seasoning.
