We looked for a way to improve plain old standard pumpkin pie spice to add something more until we got what we believe to be a rich, flavorful and delicious blend. Vietnamese cinnamon and fresh ginger ensure the best flavors.
We recommend using 3 or 4 teaspoons of Pumped Up Pumpkin Pie Spice per pound of pumpkin in your favorite pumpkin pie recipe.
