We use traditional warm sweet cinnamon and pair it with Madagascar bourbon vanilla powder for a tasty combination.
You can use it to dust cupcakes or cakes or you can make a decadent whipped cream or a surprising cinnamon pudding or frosting…good on most any apple or pear dessert.
Finely ground in a 6 or 12 oz. bag.
