Basil Sugar is great for strawberries, watermelon or blueberries. It also makes an exceptional whipped cream for fresh fruit or almost any lemony dessert.
The granulated form of Basil Sugar is also fantastic as a finishing sugar on cookies or muffins.
This is a seasonal treat and once it’s gone for the year it won’t return until the basil is ready again in the summer.
Ingredients: Turbinado sugar, Fresh basil
Sold as a 4 oz. bag of granulated sugar or 4 oz. finely ground sugar.
